Service Agreement
By booking a DSTV installation or repair service with DSTV Pro Installations Sandton, you agree to the following terms.
Pricing & Quotes
All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the installation, equipment required, and site conditions. A final quote will be provided before any work begins. Prices on this website are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Call-Out Fee
A minimum call-out fee applies to all service visits. This fee covers the technician's travel and basic diagnostic assessment. If you proceed with the recommended repair or installation, the call-out fee is included in the total cost.
Warranty
All installations come with a workmanship warranty covering the labour and cable work performed by our technicians. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by weather events (lightning, hail, storms)
- Damage caused by third parties
- Equipment failure not related to our installation work
- Normal wear and tear
Equipment
Customers are responsible for purchasing DStv decoders and subscriptions directly from MultiChoice or authorised retailers. We can supply satellite dishes, LNBs, cables, and mounting brackets at an additional cost.
Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 4 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
Limitation of Liability
DSTV Pro Installations Sandton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
